This home is beautifully decorated, clean, and very spacious, Everything is pretty much provided there for your stay. Anthony is a great host and very attentive. The location of the home is also a few miles away from some awesome coffee shops and the river walk, all and all would recommend.

Our group of adults & kids stayed for 7 nights and had a great experience! Anthony & Fernanda were communicative and helpful at all steps of the process. The neighborhood was quiet, the neighbors waved hello, and we felt safe at all times. The location is perfect if you have a car and plan to visit downtown spots, and there is a quality grocery store a five minute drive away. The home was clean, charmingly decorated, and well-appointed. We didn’t get to spend much time in the yard, but it was cute and cozy. I would make a point to stay here again on future trips!

We enjoyed our stay at The Spruce! The location was perfect for our stay and activities. There was a great bottle of wine waiting for us after our drive, which we enjoyed very much! Cool AC, great updated space, laundry room and a kitchen ready to be used were all highlights for us. Anthony&Maria were very responsive to our questions and had dinner great suggestions for our time in San Antonio. We would definitely recommend their house!!

The Spruce was perfect for our family as we moved our granddaughter into college. The location is convenient to the Riverwalk as well as all the San Antonio attractions. It’s a quick Uber ride so no parking worries. The house is very spacious and well appointed with everything you’ll need. Wine, coffee, and chocolate chip cookies- what else is there? 😉 Anthony and Maria are the most responsive communicators and provided great information before our arrival as well as quick answers to questions during our stay. We have already rebooked for family weekend and can’t wait to visit The Spruce again.
