Our Neighborhoods

Each of our homes are less than 10 minutes from all of the popular downtown San Antonio attractions, including the famed Riverwalk and its serene and beautiful below-street level trails; the Alamo Mission and surrounding 18th century fortress; and the Pearl, a beautifully developed outdoor space always full of vibrancy and life with its fifteen restaurants and cafes, boutique retail shops as well as a twice weekly Farmers Market on weekends.

Casa Del Valle is located on the west side, and Casas Nevada and Spruce are on the east side, all in up and coming areas of San Antonio in the early to mid stages of urban gentrification as San Antonio's relentless development continues to sprawl outward. You'll see adjacent to one another some of San Antonio's earliest homes and the new home development sprouting up everywhere (including each of our homes!). Our neighbors are super friendly and are the type that appreciate everyone looking after everyone else's home (something we are sure to miss when the gentrification process completes).

The mix of decades of local culture and modern development has been exciting for us as property owners, as we see culinary flavors, architectural designs and community participation mature around us. We look forward to sharing with you that same excitement, and we promise to make you feel right at home in our homes throughout your stay in San Antonio.
